My Coaching Style
Rooted in Nature, Guided by Cycles
The Internal Intuitive Ecosystem
A Living Remembrance
We are not separate from nature — we are nature.
The rivers, soil, blossoms, and stars are not symbols for us; they are mirrors of who we already are.
The Internal Intuitive Ecosystem is my way of guiding you back to this truth. It is a coaching style that sees your inner world as a garden: cyclical, alive, and capable of regeneration.
Instead of trying to “fix” what feels broken, we compost what no longer serves. Old beliefs, worn-out patterns, and stagnant stories become fertile ground for new life. From there, we plant intentions, tend to them with rhythm, and harvest their fruit.
This is not problem-solving. This is transformation and creation.
Origins:
Nature as Teacher
This work was not born in a classroom — it has been cultivated through a lifetime of remembering.
Driving the Million Dollar Highway as a child, staring at the river below and wondering what it would be like to be a fish.
Wandering the Southwest in junior high, exploring sacred dwellings and kivas where ceremony shaped the land.
Stargazing in Wyoming’s Medicine Bow Range at sixteen, never having been fully emerced in nature so far from civilation
Witnessing land repatriation in Hawai’i at eighteen, being invited into their most sacred of ceremonies.
Sitting in the Amazon with the Inga Tribe after walking every western path of healing and nearly losing myself — finding that nature is both mirror and medicine.

The Weaving of Studies
Nature is the source. My studies are tributaries that shape how I guide.
Psychology & Philosophy
Insight into the stories and meaning we assign.
Fine Arts & Language
The ability to paint images that bypass the mind and speak directly to the subconscious.
Math, Science, & Chemistry
Seeing patterns, systems, and interconnectedness.
Native Studies & Traditions Cyclical ways of living, initiation, and ceremony.
Elders & Teachers
Carrying forward their stories, demonstrations, and ways of seeing.
Together, these streams converge into a way of working that is both poetic and practical.

Sky + Sun
Vision, purpose, and spiritual connection
When you see yourself as an ecosystem, every part of life becomes interconnected:
Each part nourishes the others. When one thrives, the whole flourishes. When one is neglected, the whole feels the strain.
The Rhythms We Move Through
Like nature, transformation is not linear — it is cyclical.
In this work, we move through four repeating cycles, each one deepening your growth:
Compost (Release & Integrate)
Old patterns and stories are broken down. Nothing is wasted — everything becomes fertile soil.
Plant (Vision & Intention)
New seeds are chosen and planted: practices, habits, and desires aligned with your truth.
Tend (Structure & Rhythm)
Habits, embodiment, and accountability act as the sunlight and water that bring your seeds to life.
Harvest (Celebrate & Expand)
You gather the fruits of your labor, integrate your learning, and prepare the ground for what’s next.
You may be harvesting in one part of your life while planting in another. The ecosystem always knows its season.
Why It’s Different
The Internal Intuitive Ecosystem is not a tool for endless productivity or hustle.
It is:
Poetic — speaking in imagery and metaphor that reach the subconscious.
Embodied — grounded in practices that live in the body and daily rhythms.
Cyclical — honoring seasons of growth, death, and rebirth as sacred.
Alive — evolving with each client, while rooted in nature’s timeless truths.
This is a living remembrance — one that grows with you.
