My Coaching Style

My work is a blend of structure and soul — practical enough to create results, yet fluid enough to meet you exactly where you are.

How it is different?

Two Worlds, One Bridge

I grew up between South Texas and Southern Colorado — between borderlands and ceremonial lands. Bridging worlds is in my bones. I bring that gift into coaching by weaving together science + spirit, systems + soul, strategy + ceremony.

Artistry at the Core

  • With a Fine Arts background, I see in images and metaphors. I don’t just talk in concepts — I help clients see and feel their inner world like a living landscape. This unlocks the subconscious in a way that spreadsheets and talk therapy alone cannot.

Internal Intuitive Ecosystem (learn more)

  • This is my signature visualization method — walking the “garden” of your subconscious to uncover hidden strengths, reveal blocks, and harmonize inner and outer worlds. It’s not a gimmick — it’s a proven way clients reconnect to themselves with clarity and trust.

The Whole-Garden Approach

  • I don’t silo your life into “work” or “love” or “health.” We tend to the entire garden: money, purpose, relationships, creativity, body, spirit. Because if one part is neglected, the whole system feels it.

Structured and Soulful

  • Many coaches lean too far into rigid frameworks or, on the other side, into only intuition. I hold both. My workshops give structure and accountability; my 1:1 coaching adapts fluidly to what’s alive in the moment.

Scars as Credentials

  • I don’t just teach theory. I’ve lived through hardship, built and sold companies, walked with medicine women, studied philosophy, and carried my own healing journey. My wisdom is lived, embodied, and practiced daily.

Playful + Deep

  • Transformation with me isn’t grim. Yes, we’ll cry, face shadow, and clear blocks — but we’ll also laugh, dance, and create. My clients describe the process as equal parts challenging and liberating, like finding lightness in places that once felt heavy.

My coaching is a bridge between opposites (science + spirit, art + structure, depth + play), guided by imagery and nature, grounded in lived wisdom
